# Facing OTP issues while trying to logging to the Teachmint connected app?

To address the problem, please try the steps below based on your situation:

1. For New Users:  
-Try logging in through your Gmail account as an alternative method.

2. For Existing Users Facing OTP Issues:  
-Ensure your account has an active pack.  
-Restart your Android or iOS device to refresh the network connection.  
-Check your phone’s message permissions and ensure SMS access is allowed.  
-Make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) is disabled, as it can block incoming OTP messages.

3. Using the Truecaller Login Option:  
-Download the Truecaller app from this link and set up an account.  
-Use the “Verify number with Truecaller” option for quick and secure login.
