Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the touch functionality issue: 1- Clean the Screen: Sometimes, dirt or residue on the screen can affect touch sensitivity. Please use a soft microfiber cloth to clean the screen and check if the touch functionality improves. 2- Restart the Panel: Power cycle the panel to ensure that any temporary glitches are cleared. 3- Check the Earthing: It is important to ensure that the panel is properly earthed. Please check if the earthing is correct. 4- If the Earthing is Proper: You can proceed with performing a factory reset or checking for an OS update to resolve the issue. 5- If the Earthing is Not Proper: In this case, we recommend ensuring the earthing is correctly done before further troubleshooting.
