Not able to write user name as that area semms already filled and not able to write on in and even after saving the entered data the process doesn’t go forward.

It seems the issue you’re facing might be due to a browser caching problem. Here’s how you can fix it:
Steps to Clear Cache on Desktop:
If you’re using Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
- In the popup, choose “Cached images and files” (you can uncheck others if you wish).
- Click “Clear data”.
- Now, refresh the Teachmint page and try again.
To Clear Cache on Android:
- Go to your phone’s Settings
- Tap on Apps or App Manager
- Find and select Teachmint
- Tap on Storage
- Tap on Clear Cache (
Do not tap on ‘Clear Data’)
After this, please log in using the same mobile number that you used while creating the account. This will help retrieve your existing profile.
If that still doesn’t work, you can create a new account and get started again.
