Issue with Students Unable to Access Uploaded Videos and Notes
Dear Teachment Support Team,
I run a coaching institute and have been using the Teachment app to upload video lectures and study materials for my students. Initially, we were informed that the platform would allow us to upload videos and notes freely, and based on that understanding, we promised our students that they would have access to these resources for one year.
However, recently some of our students (currently 4 students) are seeing a message asking them to “ upgrade to unlock videos and notes” in order to access the materials. This has created confusion and difficulty for the students.
If there are any new policies or charges required for continuing access, please inform us clearly. Our institute is willing to discuss and pay a reasonable fee if needed. However, it is difficult when students suddenly lose access in the middle of the course.
We kindly request you to look into this issue and help restore access for the affected students as soon as possible.

Hi Team

I have two doubts regarding the recent “Upgrade to unlock videos and notes” . As I can see the reply of Andrea it is optional . So how to see the notes without payment? If it is payable , it is one time payment or recurring?
