I’m planning to install an IFP in a 250-seater auditorium. I want to put two large displays on either side of the IFP so that the audience can see the content displayed on IFP easily. How can this be done?

Recommended Setup Overview
Primary Display:
86" Teachmint X2 Pro IIP (4K Resolution)
- In-built Camera, 8 Array Microphones, 20W + 20W Speakers with Subwoofer
- Serves as the central display and audio-visual command unit
Side Displays (Audience Visibility):
- Two 65"–86" LED TVs, commercial displays, or Teachmint IIPs
- Positioned on either side of the main IFP for optimal side-seat visibility
Connection Plan – HDMI Splitter Setup (Wired, Reliable)
Required Components:
- 1x HDMI Splitter (1 input → 2 outputs)
- 3x HDMI 2.0/2.1 Cables, minimum 20 meters (quality matters over long distance)
- Optional: HDMI Extenders (HDBaseT or fiber HDMI) for distances over 20 meters
Connection Steps:
- IFP HDMI Out → HDMI Splitter Input
- Splitter HDMI Outputs → HDMI cables → Side Displays
- Use display scaling on the side displays if they differ in resolution or aspect ratio.
Audio and Mic Consideration
- Built-in Teachmint X2 Pro IIP audio is powerful (40W total with subwoofer)
- For larger halls or professional audio, connect an external audio system to the IIP via:
- 3.5mm audio out
- HDMI ARC/eARC
- Bluetooth
- Optical out (if supported)
Installation Guidelines
Location & Mounting:
- Install the main IFP at the front center of the classroom
- Mount side displays at angles visible to far-left and far-right student areas
- Follow universal accessibility standards (reachable by wheelchair users)
- Avoid placing near doors, heaters, or walkways
Power and Network:
- 1-meter proximity to a 6A/16A power outlet
- Ensure network port for wired internet access (if used)
- Use a UPS for protection and longevity
- Professional electrician required for earthing and new outlet setup
Lighting & Visibility:
- Screen visible within a 178° viewing area
- Avoid window glare and direct lighting above the screen
- Consider ambient lighting adjustment or anti-glare films
Ventilation & Environment:
- Leave 2" (5 cm) space on all sides for airflow
- Avoid strong dust sources, vibrations, and direct air from HVAC vents
Height Consideration:
- Consider average height of users (teachers/speakers)
- Follow interactive panel mounting height standards – generally, the center of the screen should be around 1.2 to 1.4 meters from the ground (for standing interaction)
Final Tips:
- Test setup before full deployment — check for audio sync, latency, and visual clarity
- If using long HDMI cables, test signal strength; active HDMI or extender may be required
