Teachmint X device Screen Cast is not working (Not able to connect laptop to IFPD)?

To help you resolve the issue, kindly try the following steps:

  1. Ensure both your laptop and IFP device are connected to the same network(WiFi/Internet). This is a critical requirement for the Screen Cast feature to function.
  2. Verify the downloaded screen share application or link. Please check that the download address is same as reflecting on the IFP.
  3. Now try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to ensure proper functionality.

I am able to share via screen share application only. Unable to share via screen cast

Dear User, We understand that you’re able to share via screen share but not through screencast. Kindly ensure that your device supports Miracast and that it is enabled.

For laptop:
• Open Google Chrome
• Click on the three dots (top right)
• Select “Cast, save and share”
• Click on “Cast”
• Choose the device you want to cast your screen to
