Teachmint X device Screen Cast is not working (Not able to connect laptop to IFPD)?
To help you resolve the issue, kindly try the following steps:
- Ensure both your laptop and IFP device are connected to the same network(WiFi/Internet). This is a critical requirement for the Screen Cast feature to function.
- Verify the downloaded screen share application or link. Please check that the download address is same as reflecting on the IFP.
- Now try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to ensure proper functionality.
