Unable to connect to WiFi on the Teachmint X device
Please follow the steps outlined below to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi connectivity issue:
1-Ensure the Wi-Fi network is working and accessible.
2-Verify that the IFP device is within range of the Wi-Fi router and that there are no obstructions or interference that could disrupt the signal.
3-Navigate to Settings → Network Settings → Wireless and select the appropriate Wi-Fi network to connect to.
4-Perform a Factory Reset on the device. After the reset, please attempt to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network(OPTIONAL).
