- Replace the Batteries:Please insert new battery cells into the remote and check if it starts working. If this resolves the issue, you’re all set!
- Check the Remote Signal:
a) Open the camera on your mobile device.
b) Face the remote towards the camera and press any button on the remote.
c) If you see a red light blinking on the remote through your camera, it indicates that the remote is working fine and the issue may not be with the remote.
d)Not Blinking Red Light - If the red light does not blink, it indicates a potential issue with the remote. In this case, we will escalate the matter for further resolution.
