Unable to mark attendance using the Teachmint app, and the students’ attendance does not get updated after the live class.

To address this issue, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Update the App: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Teachmint Connected Classroom app installed for optimal performance.
  2. Set the Timetable Before the Class: The timetable needs to be set prior to the live class for attendance to be captured automatically. Please follow these steps to set the timetable:
    a) Select the specific class for which you want to add the timetable.
    b) Follow the in-app instructions and set the timings as per your preference.
    c) Once the timetable is set, attendance will be automatically captured when you go live at the scheduled time.
