Not able to find the live class recordings in his app?

To help resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Update the App: Ensure that the Teachmint Connected Classroom app is updated to the latest version available.
  2. Check the Timing: If the live class was conducted within the last 24 hours, please note that recordings should typically be available within that time frame.
  3. Recording Option: Ensure that the “Record” option was selected before starting the class. Without this, recordings cannot be captured.
  4. Wait for 24 Hours: If the class was conducted within the last 24 hours, please allow some time, as the recording may take up to 24 hours to appear in the app.
