USB ports in the panel are not working in Teachmint X device?

1- Check the USB Device:
First, please ensure that the USB device you are attempting to connect is functioning properly. You can test it on another device to confirm if the issue lies with the device itself.
2- Inspect the USB Ports:
Look for any visible damage or debris in the USB ports. If there is any dust or dirt, gently clean the ports using a soft, dry cloth or compressed air. This can often resolve connectivity issues.
3- Restart the Panel:
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve any temporary glitches. Please power cycle the panel to refresh its settings and ensure everything is working smoothly.
4- Update Firmware:
