IFP Device is not switching on?
To troubleshoot the problem, please follow the steps below:
- Check the power cable: Ensure the cable is securely connected to the power source.
- Inspect the socket: Verify if the socket is functioning properly. If possible, try using a different socket.
- Check the back power button: Ensure the power button located at the back of the device is switched on.
- Attempt to power on the device: If it still doesn’t switch on, try using another cable with the same specifications (12amp/16 amp) power chord.
